Nathalie Tran is a Montreal-based illustrator and painter who goes by the artist name Sleepy Headz. Painting realities in a dreamlike form, her body of work often touches upon the fantastic adventures of dreams, the fantasy of love and the comfort of loneliness. Interestingly, the unique and eye-catching universes she creates never fail to include a few key compositional elements: fish, plants, houses and water. In this Croyds video interview, Sleepy Headz explains the particular state of mind she's illustrated in her painting "Filling The Void" and discusses her reasons for getting into printmaking.
