CROYDS | Online Publication
Words by: Zoé Bélisle-Springer

Jono Doiron is a fine artist and freelance illustrator who defines himself as a narrative cartoon painter and who sees art as a translated vision. He who committed to his own art practice in 2009 has since been exhibited in private collections throughout Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and the United States. Recognized in 2014 as an "artist to watch" by the award winning online publication WONDEREUR, Doiron expresses himself through low-brow and pop surrealism, highlighting his love for cartoons, humor and storytelling. In this Eavesdrop episode, Jono Doiron discusses online gallery systems and the impact of social media on today's art.
